6:00 PM – 7:00 PM          Hatha Yoga 

All levels
With this type of yoga, you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

Tuesday

06:00 PM – 07:00 PM          Yin Yoga

All levels
This class is a subtle blend of Hatha and Yin yoga with a strong focus on breathing and mindfulness meditation. Developing flexibility and strength in both body and mind.

7:15 PM – 8:15 PM          Yogalates Series  

All levels

06:00 PM – 7:00 PM         Restorative Yoga

All levels
After warming up the body with gentle Hatha poses we use yoga props for support and alignment, and stay for a longer period of time in a variation of restorative poses. Guided with breathing techniques and mindful meditation, our body and mind come into a deeper state of relaxation and connection within. The nervous system calms down and we come out of the ‘fight-flight’ mode and settle into the ‘rest and restore’ mode. For both relaxation and flexibility.

The way Marjolein teaches this class, is especially for those who want to tap into the body’s natural healing. The reduce of stress and calming of the nervous system is the foundation of a large variety of physical and mental healing. So if people are recovering from injuries or illness it is a beautiful way to help themselves.
