This Introduction to Yoga course is specially designed for raw beginners and those that have had some time off. You will be given different options for every pose and learn how to transition from one pose to another. The pace of the class will allow you to become aware of the signals of your body and your mind, so you can make the right choices for yourself.
This 7-week block of classes allows you to have a linear experience and to build upon what you have learned in each class.
