SA Wellness Centre is looking for a passionate Admin Assistant/Receptionist. If you have a holistic outlook on health, a bright personality, and are confident in administrative skills; this position is for you! This is a dynamic role that will allow you to fulfill your passion to make an impact within the community.

Although you will receive full support training and continued on-the-job support, we are chasing someone with:

  • Previous administration experience (bonus points if you’ve had front desk reception training).
  • Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent telephone and front line customer skills
  • A creative spark to help drive and contribute ideas to the clinic and our social media platforms
  • Flexibility to work early mornings starting at 7 am and late finishes around 7 pm and Saturdays. – approx 10-15hrs a week 

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    Our receptionists provide the most amazing positive first point of contact for our clients and along with our managing partners, are responsible for the day-to-day running of our clinic, so in addition to the primary reception tasks, you’ll be providing information, answering questions and responding to requests from clients and our practitioners.

    The ideal superstar for the role will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. You’ll serve as the eyes and ears of the clinic – providing information, answering questions, and responding to all kinds of requests. You’ll also need to be a multitask extraordinaire, have a bunch of initiative and a go-getting attitude to boot!
