Be inspired and reconnected through our transformative and unique approach combining restorative Hatha and gentle yoga flow, (stretching & strengthening) deep relaxation, mindfulness, and transcendental meditation techniques

These beginners classes will give you the opportunity to explore yoga feeling safe and supported. The Hatha style classes will help you build up your confidence practicing basic asana’s, breath, and meditation techniques.

You will experience how to move within the boundaries of your body and can modify the practice to your needs. After the final relaxation, you will be prepared to feel refreshed and relaxed!

No experience is needed, please feel welcome as you are.
