An opportunity to learn the basics and to get a feel of yoga.
This is especially for raw beginners and those that have had some time off.
You will be given different options for every pose and learn how to transition from one pose to another.
The pace of the class will allow you to become aware of the signals of your body and your mind, so you can make the right choices for yourself.
This 6-week block of classes allows you to have a linear experience and to build upon what you have learned in each class.

These beginners classes will give you the opportunity to explore yoga feeling safe and supported. The Hatha style classes will help you build up your confidence practicing basic asana’s, breath, and meditation techniques.

You will experience how to move within the boundaries of your body and can modify the practice to your needs. After the final relaxation, you will be prepared to feel refreshed and relaxed!

No experience is needed, please feel welcome as you are.

This series of classes will focus on learning to connect to your deep core muscle or powerhouse. You will be introduced to some basic exercises following breathing, coordination, control, and precision and you will be able to see how these principles and movements impact your posture and everyday habits. You will become more aware of your body while freeing your spine, shoulders, and hips.
