After several years working as a scientific journalist and marketer, Alejandra realised that what makes her happy is helping other people transform into the best version of themselves. In that pathway, she attained a Doctor of Philosophy Degree from Deakin University in the field of health promotion and consumer behaviour.

Those years of research in the area of health and behaviour are now met with Alejandra’s yoga passion to bring people a yoga practice that moves them beyond the current disease-focused perspective into a health and wellbeing perspective.

Alejandra would love to work with you to cultivate yourself by improving your fitness, mindfulness, happiness and self management. Her mission is to you attain and maintain a healthy yoga lifestyle.

Our classes are full of our local Aussie flavour but enriched with her Latin-American and Mediterranean background and accent. It is like going to an overseas resort for an hour.

Oswaldo Grillet (Os)

Certified Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation Therapist


Os started his studies of transcendental music, yoga, and meditation in 1990 at the Venezuelan Institute of Vedic Studies when he was 17 years old. Some years later (1996-2000) he continued his studies in India (Sri Radha Kunda Mandir, Vrindavan, and Badrinath, Uttarakhand), and more recently (2018-19) with Shantarasa Yoga Australia.

Os comments that “The study of yoga never ends, it is a continuous review that is experienced at every inhalation”.

Since 1998, Os has been teaching, coaching, counseling and helping thousands of people through the extraordinary and fascinating paths of restorative yoga, meditation, spiritual psychology, family and music therapies, delivering classes, and workshops throughout Latin America, United States, and Australia.

Teacher Os explains that the practice of yoga is a journey of the spirit and self-mastery, it has little to do with base body worship. “If you are bored by the rat race of external gratification and basic body worship then you are ready to quench the silent thirst of your soul. You are ready to take yoga to its natural evolution. Prepare to snap the lock of social programming and pay close attention because you are about to embark on a sacred journey” Don’t miss the chance to immerse yourself in this divine practice.

Katie Evans 

Certified Yoga Teacher (Hatha and Pre/Post Natal) & Massage Therapist

Katie holds a Certificate 4 in Relaxation massage therapy through the Australian Collage of Massage (now Evolve) and studied 350 hour Level 1&2 Yoga teacher training in Adelaide and India with Shantarasa Yoga Darsharna. She also completed training in pre and post natal yoga through The Yoga Social in Adelaide.

Katie has travelled widely, lived and worked overseas. These varied experiences have enriched my life and in turn those close to me.

Her services are tailored to meet your needs. Katie aims to provide time and space for you to move, breath, relax and unwind. As a result, to learn a bit more about your balance.
