6:00 pM – 7:00 PM          Beginners Yoga

All levels
This beginners class is an opportunity to learn the basics and to get a feel for yoga. This Introduction to Yoga course is specially designed for raw beginners and those that have had some time off. You will be given different options for every pose and learn how to transition from one pose to another. The pace of the class will allow you to become aware of the signals of your body and your mind, so you can make the right choices for yourself.

Tuesday

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM          Yogalates Series  

All levels
Yogalates is a blend of yoga and Pilates that improves your flexibility, increases strength, and is suitable for all fitness levels. Yogalates strengthens your core and reduce back pain. If you’ve ever experienced back pain, you’ve probably been given the advice to strengthen your core because building up the muscles in your trunk, back, abdomen, hips, and legs mean that your spine is better supported.

Yogalates can help as you learn to move your body in new ways and your major stabilizing muscles have to adapt. Core strength is NOT just developed with sit-ups, but with many other everyday movements and even by improving the way you breathe!
