What is Yogalates?

Yogalates is a fusion of Yoga and Pilates to strengthen your core, reduce back pain, and is suitable for all fitness levels. If you’ve ever experienced back pain, you’ve probably been given the advice to strengthen your core because building up the muscles in your trunk, back, abdomen, hips, and legs mean that your spine is better supported.

Yogalates can help as you learn to move your body in new ways and your major stabilizing muscles have to adapt. Core strength is NOT just developed with sit-ups, but with many other everyday movements and even by improving the way you breathe! 

Come and try Yogalates. This class is a beautiful combination of yoga and mat Pilates. Great for core, flexibility, balance, and relaxation. We work with you at your own level and pace.

This class is suitable for men and women.
